(1) The meeting of the Assembly shall normally be held twice a year.
(2) The meeting of the Assembly shall be presided over by the Chairman of the Assembly. In the absence of the chairman, the meeting of the assembly will be chaired by the vice-chairman.
(3) Other procedures related to the meeting of the Assembly shall be as prescribed.
